Neighborhood guides
Turf and putting green care, community by community
A gated golf community, a waterway estate and a village of small courtyard yards all put different demands on turf and backyard greens. These guides cover what changes in specific communities across the Grand Strand, with the sources for every local fact.
Every guide here starts from facts about that community, such as how the gate handles contractors, whether homes sit on a course, a marsh or the waterway, and what the property owners association publishes about landscaping. Each one links the page that supports it. Where a community's rules on artificial turf or greens are not published, the guide says so rather than guessing, and points you to the review board.
Prices do not change by neighborhood. The same price table applies everywhere from Shallotte to Burgess, backyard greens are quoted after a look, and larger properties are quoted after a walk-through.
