Is a turf cleaning membership cheaper than paying per visit?
It depends on the yard size and how many visits you would book. TIMELESS ELITE costs $1,668 a year for four Premium Restorations; bought one at a time those cost $1,596 in the 501–1,000 sq ft band and $1,996 in the 1,001–1,500 sq ft band, so the membership saves money from about 1,000 square feet up. Book once or twice a year on turf up to 3,000 square feet, and per-visit is cheaper.
The two memberships, and what four visits cost without one
Both memberships are four visits a year, billed monthly, at a flat rate. Essential Care is $89 a month ($1,068 a year) for four lighter visits: blow-off and grooming, a light rinse, basic odor treatment and priority scheduling. TIMELESS ELITE is $139 a month ($1,668 a year) for a full Premium Restoration every quarter plus 10% off repairs and add-ons. Here is what the same four visits cost bought one at a time.
| Turf area | 4 Essential Cleans | Essential Care | 4 Premium Restorations | TIMELESS ELITE |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 500 sq ft | $796 | $1,068 | $1,196 | $1,668 |
| 501–1,000 sq ft | $996 | $1,068 | $1,596 | $1,668 |
| 1,001–1,500 sq ft | $1,196 | $1,068 | $1,996 | $1,668 |
| 1,501–2,000 sq ft | $1,396 | $1,068 | $2,396 | $1,668 |
| 2,001–3,000 sq ft | $1,796 | $1,068 | $2,996 | $1,668 |
| 3,001–5,000 sq ft | $2,396 | $1,068 | $3,596 | $1,668 |
Over 5,000 square feet, everything is quoted. Prices as of September 2026; the membership page has the current figures.
Where the break-even sits
ELITE against four Premiums. On a yard up to 500 square feet, four Premiums bought separately are $1,196 and the membership is $1,668, so per-visit wins by $472. In the 501–1,000 band the two are within $72 of each other and the membership adds the add-on discount and priority booking. From 1,001 square feet up the membership is cheaper outright: $328 saved in the 1,001–1,500 band, $728 in the 1,501–2,000 band, and more above that.
Essential Care against four Essentials. The same shape. Under 1,000 square feet, four Essentials are a little cheaper than the plan; from 1,001 square feet the plan is cheaper, and the plan visits include the basic odor step that a one-time Essential does not.

The honest question: would you book four times?
Most people who pay per visit book once, maybe twice. A one-dog yard cleaned twice a year with Premiums is $798 in the 501–1,000 band, which is less than half the cost of ELITE. If that is what you would actually do, the membership is not for you. The membership earns its price when the yard needs the treatment every quarter, which on the coast means any yard a dog uses daily, or when you want the visits to happen without you remembering to call. Our frequency table says which yards need four visits and which need one.
By situation
- People-only yard, any size: per visit. One Premium after pollen season and an Essential in the fall.
- One dog, yard up to 500 sq ft: per visit. Four Premiums bought one at a time are $1,196, $472 less than ELITE.
- One dog, 501–1,000 sq ft: either. Four Premiums per visit is $1,596; ELITE is $1,668 with the add-on discount and priority booking. Pick on convenience.
- One dog, yard over 1,000 sq ft: ELITE, and the saving grows with the yard.
- Two or more dogs, daily potty yard: ELITE now; Pet Turf ELITE at $169 a month once its extra steps are finalized. Ask Brian what it adds when he calls.
- Vacation rental: per visit, timed to the season and storms, unless the yard is a dog-friendly listing.
- Putting green: quoted by green; a quarterly brush is usually added to a membership rather than sold as one.
What the membership buys that the table does not show
Priority scheduling matters twice a year here: after pollen season in May, and after a storm in September, when everyone calls the same week. Members are booked first. The 10% off repairs and add-ons on ELITE is worth $25 on a $250 seam repair and $15 on a $150 heavy odor treatment, real but small. And a yard seen every quarter gets its infill, seams and edges checked before a problem becomes a repair, which is the saving that never shows up on the invoice.
When to call us
If the yard needs a Premium Restoration every quarter and is over 1,000 square feet, the membership costs less than four separate visits and you should take it. If you will book one or two on a yard up to 3,000 square feet, pay per visit: Essential Clean $199–$599, Premium Restoration $299–$899. Either way, the first visit is where we measure the turf and tell you which band and which plan actually fits.
